We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery manager, based out of India for our NetSuite business across South Asia.
ERP Project Delivery Managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Solution architecture and Proposals
- Manage timely and efficient delivery of NetSuite Projects
- Understand Client requirements and build/vet Business Requirements Document
- Manage day-to-day project tasks of the delivery team
- Be the main liaison point for the Client from Rapid
- Be the effective conduit between front-end team in Singapore and back-end delivery team in India
Professional Experience:
- Overall 12-15 years’ experience in the ERP space with sufficient knowledge of domains and business workflows.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Project Delivery management
- Solid experience in Business Process Mapping and Change Management
- Experience in managing NetSuite ERP projects
Skills:
- Customer relationship acumen and strong consulting skills
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/ERP, CRM and E-Commerce
- Understanding of common industry standard business practices
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP
