The quickest and easiest way to satisfy your auditors, SOX and ensure you know what is happening with your Oracle configurations.
Compliance with Rapid e-suite – focuses on the configurations of the Oracle E-Business suite. These configurations represent how your business is processed and affect money values [For example: Changing depreciation methods on assets, or changing tax percentages on AR or AP]. Changing these values may not only be inappropriate but could also breach SOX requirements.

REACTIVE COMPLIANCE
Reactive compliance is where you compare the configurations from your Oracle E-Business Suite instance and report the changes. These changes will show WHO made the change and WHEN the change was made along with the actual changes made. This report enables you to show with total confidence that your configurations are under control and are meeting SOX requirements.
This report is also very useful for assisting understand what configurations were changed when the production system does not perform as expected.
PROACTIVE COMPLIANCE
Proactive compliance is where Rapid e-suite is used exclusively to record, test and apply changes to instances. By following this method – all configurations are entered into the Knowledgebase and can be approved before being allowed to proceed to update the Production system. This way all configurations are known and approved BEFORE changing the production instance. A report of configuration changes and approvals can be printed at any time – especially useful for the auditors.
All reports are produced in the form of a configuration report / BR100 format.
